Upgrading Your Holiday Home | Allen's Caravans Blog
Allens Caravans

Here at Allens Caravans, we have a wide range of holiday park homes across the UK. Due to our varied range of luxury holiday homes in the UK, there is ample opportunity to upgrade your current vacation space. With preowned and brand-new holiday homes, each with different onsite amenities, there is an option to cater to every budget.

Currently on the market, we have preowned homes ranging from just under £27,000 to £65,000. Our new homes are presently priced from under £48,000 to less than £188,000. Our more expensive properties are inclusive of decking and a private hot tub, whilst our cheaper options include high-quality living necessities. Regardless of which holiday home you select, you will be gifted with a community spirit and access to various shared facilities.

Why Upgrade

There are plenty of reasons why you may decide to upgrade your holiday home, from a changing lifestyle to the desire for a new view. Here at Allens, we can make all your holiday home dreams come true with our wide selection of locations and our variety of caravans. Here are a few reasons why you should consider an upgrade:

Lifestyle Changes

You may find that when your lifestyle changes, your holiday accommodation is in need of a change to suit. For example, you may have children, meaning that you’ll require a larger space with extra bedrooms. At Allens, we can offer you up to eight bedrooms to accommodate your growing family.

Similarly, you might find that you initially purchased your holiday home with the intention of getting in and amongst the social and entertainment sphere. However, as you’ve matured, you might now find that your idea of a holiday is more about relaxation and peace. Our Orchard Lodge Holiday Park is one of complete solitude, meaning that you might upgrade to this location to get away from it all.

A Change of View

It’s human nature to grow tired of the same environment after spending a lengthy amount of time there. Therefore, if you fancy a new location, why not upgrade your home in the process? We have holiday homes across Wales and England, making a change of view wholly attainable.

If you’re someone who craves a regular change of scenery, perhaps you’ll upgrade to our Glan Y Mor Holiday Park. This is our only park to accommodate touring and motorhomes, meaning that you can move from place to place without leaving the comfort of your holiday home.

Brand New Interior

As previously mentioned, you’ll inevitably grow tired of the same space after years of use. Therefore, it’s only natural that you’ll want to jazz up your holiday home’s interior. All our new holiday homes are furnished with kitchen appliances, beds, wardrobes, and much more. This equipment will be up-to-date and have a high quality; instead of struggling to rejuvenate what you’ve got, why not just start afresh?

Why not have a look through our available holiday homes to see what upgrades are currently on the market?

The Benefits of Upgrading

The advantages are endless when it comes to upgrading your holiday home, but there are three key benefits to purchasing a new caravan or lodge. Firstly, buying a new holiday home will increase your tenure as you’ll be given a fresh tenancy agreement. With a caravan, you’ll be able to enjoy a 25-year contract, whilst you’ll be able to appreciate a lodge for 35 years.

Secondly, modern holiday homes come with central heating and double glazing, making them more energy efficient than their older counterparts. Finally, the amenities within newer holiday homes are much better than older caravans, giving you a better living experience. In addition to this, the newer equipment will assist you financially since the shower and oven will be more economical.

How to Get Started

Upgrading your holiday home couldn’t be simpler with the help of Allens Caravans. All you have to do is reach out to our on-park sales team to discuss your upgrade requirements. After this, the sales team will present you with our selection of available pitches and holiday homes. If you’re fond of your existing pitch, you stay within it as long as it remains suitable to your new lodge or caravan. Next, we’ll ensure that you’re comfortable with the costs and walk you through your payment options. Finally, you can agree on your moving date, get the paperwork sorted, and get moving!
