If you have a young family you want one that your family can grow into instead of buying one which will need upgrading in a few years’ time. You will also need to take into account the time that you wish to visit your holiday home because some of our parks are unfortunately shut during the winter months.

Costs

Another thing that should not be forgotten is that will every holiday home there is running costs. Holiday homes have small site fees, rates and water charges as well as insurance, gas and electricity. It’s like a home away from home. These are not expensive but they do need to be considered in advance.
